Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for 2019 will be held on Friday, 27th September 2019, 7.00 pm at the Bishan Community Club, Level 4 (Seminar Room 1-3) on 51 Bishan Street 13, Singapore 579799.
AGENDA:
1. To confirm the Minutes of AGM held on 31st August 2018 at SIGC Conference Room and matters arising (Enclosed at Annex A)
2. To receive and adopt the President's Annual Report for the period 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019 (Enclosed at Annex B).
3. To receive and adopt the Audited Accounts for year ended 31 March 2019 (Enclosed at Annex C).
4. To elect officials of the Executive Council for the ensuing two (2) years.
5. To appoint the Appeals Committee of 3 persons and 2 reserves. Such persons shall be past Council Members.
6. To appoint the auditor for ensuing year.
7. To transact any other business of which at least seven (7) days' notice in writing has been given to the General Secretary.
