Indian Court Censures State Govt. over Political Hoardings after Young Woman’s Death

New Delhi (Sputnik): The Madras High Court sharply criticized the government in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu on Friday for failing to comply with its repeated orders banning political parties from putting up banners or hoardings.
