TODD GURLEY, running back

Injury: Rams say he did not participate in practice Friday for “not injury related” reasons.

Participation status: Friday was the only practice he sat out this week. Head coach Sean McVay says Gurley will practice “probably two out of three days” during the season to rest his body. McVay said it’s not specifically about Gurley’s left knee, which caused him to miss two games and cut back on carries late last season.

ERIC WEDDLE, safety

Injury: Head

Participation status: Cleared to practice Friday after his participation was limited Wednesday and Thursday. Was in NFL concussion protocol and needed stitches after being kneed in the helmet and leaving the Sept. 8 game in the second quarter.

MICHAEL BROCKERS, defensive end

Injury: Shoulder

Participation status: Practiced Friday after sitting out practice Wednesday and Thursday.

Participation status: Practiced Friday after limited participation Thursday and sitting out Wednesday.

Injury: Skipped practice Thursday for “not injury related” reasons.

Participation status: At age 37, he gets occasional days off from practice.
