Man stabbed to death in Lewisham chicken shop

A man was stabbed to death in a fight in a chicken shop in south-east London shortly before midnight on Friday (August 13).

Police were called to the premises in the Grove Park area of Lewisham at 11.55 pm on Friday.

They found two men with stab wounds and head injuries both of whom were taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service.

A 34-year-old man was pronounced dead this morning, according to police.

A murder investigation is underway.
