PROUD Joe Wicks has posted a picture of his 13 month old daughter Indie doing pull ups on the beach.
The fitness guru shared an adorable snap of his little girl hanging off a bar in Santa Monica, California.
He captioned the pic: “The Baby Coach!”
And his fans loved what they saw, leaving a string of supportive messages.
One said: “Omg how on earth! SO strong!”
Another said: “How are babies so strong? Love her. She’s going to be a fitness babe!”
A third said: “I love this too much!!!!”
Last month Joe revealed he is to become a dad for the second time when he told fans wife Rosie Jones was 19 weeks pregnant.
He shared his happy news on Instagram two months after the couple’s intimate woodland ceremony.
He gushed: “Weeeeeee’re having another baby.
“We are very happy and excited to grow our family.
“We don’t know the sex and won’t find out but Rosie is now 19 weeks pregnant so Indie will be getting a little brother or sister in January.”
Joe shared the message alongside a sweet snap of himself holding his daughter Indie while she looks at Page 3 model Rosie’s baby bump.
He announced he was engaged to Rosie in November, just a few months after their daughter Indie was born in August last year.
He said on Instagram: “My little family.

“Our 3rd wheel comes everywhere with us and we love our adventures together.
“My Mum and Dad never got married when I was growing up and spent my whole life separating and getting back together and I always thought I didn’t believe in marriage.”
“But I now know what it means to want to stick together and to love someone enough to want to marry them. I asked Rosie to marry me and luckily she said yes. It’s my goal in life to be committed and loyal to Rosie and Indie and always be there for them.”
The online fitness and diet guru rose to fame with his 90-day exercise and nutrition plan – the 90 Day SSS- before launching his own books and TV show.
