Elderly passengers must climb over fence to catch a bus in Bulgaria

Passengers struggle to catch a bus which stopped beside a fence in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The video, filmed on September 14, shows passengers, including elderly people, clamber over a fence onto the vehicle.

The filmer told Newsflare: "This is absolutely unacceptable as it causes stress and people (especially the elderly ones) can be on the receiving end of bad physical traumas."
