Indianapolis prosecutor resigning amid cancer treatments

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - The prosecutor for Indiana's largest county is resigning after nine years in the position while undergoing prostate cancer treatments.

Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry said Monday he must focus on his health and family. Curry is an Indianapolis Democrat and was first elected in 2010.
