[Cross Country] AMC Cross Country Runners of the Week - No. 4 (Sept. 23)

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Heiko Thiele and Shelby Kallem, both of Hannibal-LaGrange (Mo.), have been named the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Cross Country Runners of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. Thiele and Kallem were selected based on their performances from Sept. 16-22.
