[Men's Golf] Lake, Morant propel Jaguars into first after Day 1

Benjamin Lake (JR/Victoria, TX) and Ryan Morant (SO/Houston, TX) each posted a 2-under par 69 Monday to help propel the University of Houston-Victoria men's golf team into first place after the opening round of the 2019 UHV Fall Classic at The Club at Colony Creek.

The Jaguars posted an opening round 286 and are six shots ahead of Blinn College (292), while Tyler Junior College, Blinn College "B" and Our Lady of the Lake share third at 295. The University of the Southwest is fourth at 299, followed by Houston St. Thomas (305) and Jacksonville College (323).
