Barcelona star Messi wins FIFA The Best award, as Rapinoe emerges winner for women category

FIFA The Best award has gone to Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi. The Argentine forward helped the Catalan club win La Liga title last season. The 32-year-old also helped Argentine win bronze medal at the 2019 Copa America title
