FRENCH President Emmanuel Macron is guilty of doublespeak on immigration, according to right-winger Marine Le Pen. “Several hours after his call to confront immigration, Emmanuel Macron said that EU states that refuse to take in migrants should be punished financially. A leopard cannot change its spots,” Mme Le Pen, leader of the populist Rassemblement National party, tweeted last week.
