Virgin launches new easy access account paying a top 1.45%

Marcus by Goldman Sachs and Cynergy Bank also pay 1.45 per cent, but both include a bonus for the first year. After this the Marcus drops to 1.35 per cent and Cynergy to 0.75 per cent.
