‘Drunk’ Brit, 62, ‘accidentally kills wife in Greece by running her over when she fell out of a car after a night spent boozing’
A ‘DRUNK’ Brit has accidentally killed his wife after running her over while holidaying in Greece, reports claim.
The couple, both British nationals, are understood to have spent the night boozing before the woman fell out of the car as they returned to a property on island of Skiathos.
The accident occurred in the early hours of this morning after it was reported that the pair had consumed large amounts of alcohol.
The 58-year-old woman is believed to have fainted after exiting the vehicle, leaving her 62-year-old husband unaware that she was lay on the ground.

She was pronounced dead at the scene and her body was taken to Skiathos Health centre as police are currently investigating.
Police officer, Vayia Zigra, told the Sun Online: “She appears to have been prone when he inadvertently hit her, causing fatal injuries at 4am this morning.
“That suggests she may have got out of the car and fainted. She is believed to have died on the spot. It’s a very bizarre, very sad incident.”
