University at Buffalo Police are looking for a man who stole a bike from the racks at the Allen Street tunnel on Monday at 4:30 p.m. Police aks if you see the man near the bike racks call them at 716-645-2222. Anyone who recognizes him is asked to speak with Investigator Colton at 716-645-2227.
