Delhi High Court has decided to hear the bail plea of senior Congress leader from Karnataka, DK Shivakumar, on September 30, who is currently in Tihar Jail in a money laundering case.Justice Suresh Kumar Kait, who is also hearing former Union Minister P Chidambaram's bail petition in the INX Media case, will hear Shivkumar's plea.Shivakumar, a Congress heavyweight, on Thursday moved the Delhi High Court, seeking bail in the money laundering case.The petition had been moved by the legal team of Advocate Mayank Jain.
