Eastenders Lacey Turner shares adorable pictures of her baby daughter Dusty meeting co-star James Bye’s baby son

EASTENDERS star Lacey Turner has introduced her baby daughter Dusty to co-star James Bye’s seven-month-old son.

The soap actress shared adorable snaps on Instagram of their babies laughing as they met for the first time on Saturday.

James – who plays Martin Fowler in the BBC soap – welcomed his third child, Hugo, with wife Victoria in February this year.

And the little chap looked adorable with a huge grin on his face, wearing dungarees with pictures of ducks and a yellow top.

Meanwhile Lacey – who plays the role of Stacey Slater – dressed Dusty in a yellow headband and pink baby suit.

She gave birth to Dusty on 12 July and is still on maternity leave from work as she met on-screen husband James for a catch up.

The pair have been absent from the soap after fruit and veg flogger Martin and wife Stacey went on the run after she bashed Phil Mitchell over the head and left him for dead.

But Eastenders recently confirmed that Martin will be making a return to the soap soon.

He’ll head back to Albert Square after his teenage daughter Bex tries to take her own life in a devastating storyline.

Lacey already made a quick comeback to the soap weeks after giving birth to her daughter to film “minor scenes” as part of the gripping storyline involving the Mitchell family.

After that, the new mum jetted to Singapore with her family including husband Matt Kay, as well as her nan, mother Beverly and her sister Lily for a well-deserved break.

Lacey documented her vacation on social media and shared a picture of her sister Lily cradling Dusty on her Instagram Stories, which she captioned with a GIF that read: “Best summer ever.”

The soap star went on to share a sweet image of her grandparent laughing with her younger sibling at dinner, before she posted a picture of her mum holding her child.

Lacey went on to upload a black and white photograph of her and Dusty together, which she captioned: “You are my everything.”

Dusty was all smiles on her first getaway as she splashed around in a rubber dinghy, before she cuddled up with her dad on the bed after a long day.

Lacey also shared a sweet image of her mum holding Dusty by the pool, which saw her little one dressed up in a colourful co-ord and vibrant bow headband.

The soap star went on to post a picture of her kissing Dusty’s feet.

Dusty later enjoyed a nap in the shade while wrapped in blankets.

Lacey married Matt in Ibiza in 2017 after they met as teenagers.

She gave birth to Dusty on 12 July, having previously suffered two tragic miscarriages.

Her miscarriages both took place at seven weeks but her pregnancy woes ended last year when she fell pregnant and passed the first trimester.

The nation’s sweetheart blamed herself when she miscarried twice during the couple’s first year of marriage.

She previously said: “It felt like my whole world had fallen to pieces and there’s nothing you can do apart from try and put it back together.

“I blamed myself thinking that I’d done something wrong. I’d think, why me? What did I do? But, of course, I hadn’t done anything wrong – it’s all down to chromosomes and luck, really.”
