TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif reminded that President Hassan Rouhani was ready to meet with his American counterpart Donald Trump in New York if the latter had met the preconditions of Tehran, namely the removal of sanctions, adding that the White House is to be blamed because of its lack of seriousness and pursuing a theatrical meeting.
