Westland Insurance Game Preview: Sept 29 vs Powell River Kings

Today’s game is personal for the Nanaimo Clippers returning players as last time they saw the Powell River Kings it was end of last season when they eliminated them in the playoffs. The Kings are also coming off a 3-1 win over the Victoria Grizzlies last night.

“We are hungry” Darren Naylor, Clippers Head Coach said “We had a quiet week which allowed us to work on a lot of things with our guys, and for seven of our guys in the lineup today they want revenge from how the Kings ended our season last year.”
