Giants LB Ryan Connelly out for season with torn ACL

Giants rookie linebacker Ryan Connelly tore the ACL in his right knee on Sunday and is out for the season, an MRI has confirmed.

Connelly made his third start in Sunday’s win over Washington. It was his first start in place of the injured Alec Ogletree making the defensive calls on the field.
