[Cross Country] Cross Country competes at Roy Griak Invitational

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The Raven Cross Country teams road tripped up north this weekend for the annual Roy Griak Invitational hosted by the Gophers of the University of Minnesota. Beautiful weather, fresh-cut grass and clear skies combined for perfect conditions for the challenging course. The Ravens competed against strong DII, DIII, and community college teams in a massive field.

"[Both teams] have shown an amazing toughness that will set them apart come Conference," said coach Phil Davis. "They get better each week and I'm continually impressed by this group. As we shift our focus from training for toughness to training for speed it'll be a blast to watch this group the rest of the season."
