Pampers offers city diaper changing stations for parks bathrooms without them

Pampers is cleaning up the city’s mess.

The Parks Department was promised 1,041 changing stations from the diaper giant for infants and toddlers after a report from Comptroller Scott Stringer revealed just 387 of their 1,428 public bathrooms had accommodations.
