Is Brexit causing house prices to fall in England but rise in Scotland and Wales?

PROPERTY prices across the UK are predicted to fare quite differently across the British Isles. In England house prices will fall, while in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland they will rise. Is this down to Brexit?
