The CBI on Thursday filed a chargesheet in the case of the Unnao survivor being allegedly kidnapped and gang-raped by three men on June 11, 2017, a week after she was allegedly raped by MLA Kuldeep Singh. According to the chargesheet, the girl was a minor at the time of the gang-rape. The chargesheet was filed before district judge Dharmesh Sharma.
