Vermont seeks help to prepare for turtle nesting season

NORTH HERO, Vt. (AP) - The Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife is looking for help from the public in preparing some Lake Champlain beaches for nesting turtles.

The year's spiny softshell turtle beach cleanup day is on Saturday, Oct. 26.
