Google Maps Street View: Why has this mysterious house been blurred out?

GOOGLE Maps Street View captures all manner of weird and wonderful things. Sometimes the Google car captures entertaining sights as it travels but on other occasions, it snaps more mysterious spectacles - such as this blurred-out house.
