Hearing set for Gov. Baker's $18B transportation bond bill

BOSTON (AP) - Massachusetts lawmakers are holding a public hearing on Republican Gov. Charlie Baker's $18 billion transportation bond bill.

Baker says the bill will support a new statewide pavement improvement program, a new municipal pavement program, a new bridge improvement program and a series of initiatives to address congestion.
