[Cross Country (M&W)] Week 5: Cross Country Runners of the Week

OKLAHOMA CITY – Mark Shaw from Oklahoma City University and Allika Pearson of John Brown landed the Sooner Athletic Conference cross country runners of the week. Shaw, a senior from Ormsby, Middlebrough, England, took his fourth career SAC runner of the week honor, while Pearson, a sophomore from Siloam Springs, Ark., became the women's runner of the week for the second time in three weeks.
