A day after threatening Turkey with economic ruin if it goes too far in invading northern Syria, President Donald Trump said Tuesday he and the Turkish President will meet at the White House next month. Trump also tweeted that while U.S. forces "may be" leaving Syria, the U.S. has not abandoned the Kurds.
