Argentina and Brazil to return to Saudi Arabia for ‘Riyadh Season’ festival
October 9 – Saudi Arabia will stage another high-profile friendly between Brazil and Argentina in November as part of the Riyadh Season, the country’s General Entertainment Authority, headed by Turki Al-Sheikh, announced.
In 2018, the South American giants met in a friendly in Jeddah. A late goal from Miranda was enough to separate the two teams in front of a near sell-out crowd at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in a game marketed as the Superclasico.
