Video: Micah Richards identifies one major problem with the Spurs squad

There have been reports of unrest within the Spurs squad and with many players nearing the end of their contracts, there have been questions levelled at the players’ attitudes and effort (Sky Sports).

Former Manchester City full-back Micah Richards feels that the problem for Pochettino’s men is much more fundamental. The ex-England defender claimed that Tottenham’s squad is unbalanced and that they have too many similar players in the attacking department.
