Builder admits safety breach led to worker's serious injuries after being struck in face by steel bar

A projecting bar struck labourer Dalibor Edelinski in the face. He suffered serious dental injuries, a laceration to a neck artery, bruising, swelling, lost teeth and a laceration to his lip.
