Celebrity Hunted 2019 – when does it start and who are the contestants?
IN support of this year’s Stand Up To Cancer campaign, Channel 4 is bringing back Celebrity Hunted for yet another run this year.
The overall aim of the show is for celebrities – who are now fugitives – to try and escape the hunters from capturing them, with the overall aim to remain incognito for two weeks in order to win the prize.
When does Celebrity Hunted 2019 start?
Celebrity Hunted 2019 has been confirmed to return to Channel 4 on Sunday, October 13, so get ready for another thrilling season!
The show starts at 9pm and will continue at the same time and place every week for five weeks in total.
And, as always, if you happen to miss it when it airs on TV, you can always catch it again on All 4 – the on-demand channel from 4.
What’s the show about and who’s in the line up?
The show sees pairs of celebs trying to escape from the ‘hunters’, who are a group of former police and intelligence officers.
In order to win, they must avoid being captured by any of them for two weeks before they can claim their victory prize at the end of the series.
Taking part in this year’s edition are a number of known faces:
- Stanley Johnson & Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo
- Aldo Zilli & Jean-Christophe Novelli
- Martin Offiah & Gavin Henson
- Lucy Mecklenburgh & Lydia Bright
All eight celebrities will try to stay off the radar and remain unseen for two weeks while the hunters attempt to track them down.
And with all the gadgets and army personnel hot on their tail, can these pairs really escape being captured?
