UN introduces austerity measures, 64 countries in arrears

The United Nations says it has no choice but to cut back in an effort to save much-needed cash. Starting today, the organization is enacting austerity measures in their own building - from temperature control, to translation services. They say late payment of dues has left them in dire straits. And they're concerned about what may get the chop next, if member countries don't pay up.
