Banditry: Sultan blows hot; charges governors to remove, jail any emir, traditional leader found guilty

Governors have been urged by the Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar, to remove and prosecute any traditional leader found guilty of supporting any act of insecurity in his domain.
