Katie Price slams two-year driving ban as ‘obscene’ and says police pull her over for nothing
KATIE Price has launched a furious broadside against the courts who banned her from the roads for two years – branding the decision “obscene”.
The 41-year-old reality star was yesterday prevented from driving and slapped with six penalty points after refusing to tell cops who was behind the wheel when her pink Range Rover crashed last year.

She raged: “I need to drive and I am going to appeal. I live in the middle of nowhere, I have a son with disabilities that might need to be rushed to hospital at certain times.
“My mum is terminally ill and I need to visit my mum. If they’re banning me for two years how do I know my mum is going to be here in two years’ time?
“It’s obscene that the courts won’t listen just because they banned me before three times, which was also unfair.”
The former glamour model claimed that “paperwork” was to blame for her convictions – insisting that the courts had sent letters to other houses in her area that share the same postcode.
Speaking on her YouTube channel about her no-show in court, Katie said: “We proved I was out of the country but the judge wasn’t even interested in adjourning it. Why? Because I believe they’ve got it in for me.
“Some people write to me but I don’t even get it on time. It’s got my name and my postcode – but the wrong house.”
She added: “There needs to be something done about sending me stuff to the wrong address. They need to hear my story. It’s a load of b*****ks.
“Get the right address and you might get me to open the post correctly. I don’t deserve it.”

The star added that she was frequently pulled over by police while driving in her pink Range Rover.
She said: “People like the police do pull me over. I’m like: ‘What have I done?’ Their attitude is: ‘Well, what’s with the attitude?’
“I’m like: ‘Why have you pulled me over?’ They just want to be nosy. What over person has a pink car in my area. They know it’s me.”
