[Football] Former Aggie is "Sehr Gut" in German Bowl XLI

GOODWELL, Okla. – Former Oklahoma Panhandle State University running back Chris McClendon picked up most valuable player after leading the New Yorker Lions to a 10-7 victory over the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns in German Bowl XLI and the championship of the German Football League.

After a scoreless first half, McClendon – who played for Panhandle State from 2012-15 – took things into his own hands, literally. In the game, McClendon carried the ball 28 times for a net of 136 yards. He scored his team's lone touchdown of the game at the 9:06 mark of the third quarter to cap a five-play, 39-yard drive.
