French MEP warns backstop 'can't be changed in a minute' and dismisses Brexit progress

FRENCH MEP Nathalie Loiseau dismissed reports of the UK's progress in the Brexit negotiations as "rumours" warning Brussels is still very "cautious" about the possibility of reaching a deal by the end of this week.
