Sault Ste. Marie, ON is the Notorious PIG, an eggs benny made with pulled pork, grilled cheese and hollandaise sauce, and, yeah, I’ve piled on a helping of ‘The Angela,’ named for owner Angela Caputo’s famed Ontario potato hash with sautéed mushrooms, onion, asparagus, spinach and topped with goat cheese, balsamic glaze and poached egg.
