Tulsa police released helicopter and body-camera video of the arrests of two people who led officers on a chase in a stolen car, following the theft of meat from a grocery store.

Brittany Gant and Cornelius Carter were arrested Sept. 15. They had Carter's teenage son in the car during the chase.

Officers tried to stop a Toyota Camry after the driver, Gant, ran a red light near Pine and North Yale.

Gant didn't stop and led officers on a chase that ended with her crashing into a curb and trying to get away on foot. Carter and his son stayed with the car.

Gant surrendered after she was tracked by a police helicopter.

Police said Gant and Carter stole about $250 worth of cold rib eye steaks and crab legs from a Reasor's at 41st and Yale. Employees told officers that the couple used the child to push the shopping cart full of meat out the door.

Gant has since pleaded guilty to six counts, including possession of a stolen vehicle, child endangerment, and endangering others while eluding police officers.

Carter remains charged with joyriding and larceny.
