Ashland Coach

I've been calling UD women's games so long I remember beginning of the decade players - some of you may not. Do you remember Kari Daugherty - played at UD for two years before transferring to Ashland where she scored 1414 points in two years. Her last name is now Pickens. She played with her sister Kristen who was a 1000 point scorer. In 2012, Kari came back to play in an exhibition game with Ashland and hit a buzzer shot to beat the Flyers. Anyway, Friday night November 1st Kari brings Ashland to UD Arena - hope you can make it out for the game - give her a nice ovation as well.
