Morrisons is selling a litre bottle of Baileys for a bargain £10

BAILEYS is a tradition at Christmas and right now you can pick up a whole litre of the Irish liqueur for half price at Morrisons.

The supermarket has slashed the price of a one litre bottle of Baileys from £20 to just £10.

The deal is currently the cheapest price among the UK’s major supermarkets but it’s only available until October 20 so you’ll need to be quick.

It’s available online and in a majority of Morrisons’ roughly 500 stores. You can find your nearest one using its store locator tool.

If you’re stocking up for Christmas, keep in mind that you can order a maximum of 20 bottles at the discount online.

The deal has proved popular with bargain hunters on deal-sharing website HotUKdeals, as one user said: “This is the cheapest it’ll go so fill your boots for Christmas folks.”

While another added: “This is a fantabulous price, stock’s going to fly off the shelves soon.”

Asda and Tesco both sell the same bottles of plonk for £12 online, down from £22 and 20 respectively.

The Asda website doesn’t specify how long it’s available for, while Tesco shoppers will get the discount until November 11.

Sainsbury’s sells the large bottles for the usual £20 each.

Baileys is traditionally enjoyed on its own or over ice, or if you’re looking for a twist, you can add it to your coffee or pour it over vanilla ice cream.
