ED on Thursday filed a chargesheet against Ratul Puri, nephew of Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath, and his company Moser Baer for alleged money laundering and bank fraud. Moser Baer and its directors and promoters stand accused of misusing and misappropriating money they borrowed from nearly 30 banks and other financial institutions for business purposes.
