Family members of high court's president ‘summoned to National Security Service’

Family members of Hrayr Tovmasyan, the president of Armenia’s Constitutional Court, have been summoned to the National Security Service (NSS), a former ombudsman of Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) says on Facebook.

According to Ruben Melikyan, now the president of the human rights NGO Legal Path, NSS has targeted Tovmasyan’s  75-year-old father and two daughters.

Questioning the reasons behind the move, Melikyan makes public calls for sobriety. “Do you understand, guys, what you are doing, what red lines you are crossing now,” reads his status.
