Brewster Place residents enjoy Halloween parade

The Brewster Place Retirement Community, 1205 SW 29th St., was treated to Halloween Parade Thursday afternoon by the Washburn Rural Marching Band and Washburn Rural JROTC. Employees of Brewster Place dressed up in their favorite Halloween costumes and joined the marching band to the delight of the residents.
