3 easy crostini appetizers to make for a party

Smoked Salmon Crostini
- 1 baguette sliced into 1/4"
- olive oil
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 6 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- capers (for garnish)
- chopped red onion (for garnish)
- fresh dill (for garnish)
- Drizzle baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven at 400° F for 8-10 minutes.
- Combine lemon juice, Greek yogurt and cream cheese in a small bowl.
- Assemble crostini: Top baguette slices with smoked salmon, 1 teaspoon yogurt mixture, red onion, capers and fresh dill.
Prosciutto Crostini
- 1 baguette sliced into 1/4"
- olive oil
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 1/2 pint of ricotta cheese
- small bunch of basil
- figs
Instructions:
- Drizzle baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven at 400° F for 8-10 minutes.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of ricotta on each baguette slice and top with prosciutto, half of a fig and fresh basil.
Camembert and Pear Crostini
- 1 baguette sliced into 1/4"
- olive oil
- 1 wheel of camembert cheese
- 3 pears, cored and thinly sliced
- black pepper
- honey for drizzling
- Drizzle baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven at 400° F for 8-10 minutes.
- Spread 1 ounce of camembert cheese on a baguette slice.
- Top with 2 slices of pear and drizzle with honey and black pepper.
