OFFICE OF TRANSFORMATION SET TO MARK SERVICE CHARTER WEEK
The Director-General, Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation (OTCI), Mr. Toba Otusanya has said the Service Charter Initiative established seven years ago is still waxing strong in ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively in the State’s Public Service.
Otusanya stated this during a stakeholder-engagement organised by the OTCI in preparation for the 2019 Service Charter Week Celebration.
While commending Chartered MDAs and Public Servants at large for their relentless efforts in moving the Service Charter Initiative forward, Otusanya solicited for the support of all in ensuring the success of this year’s edition, the 6th in the series, slated to hold from November 4- 6, 2019, at the Adeyemi-Bero Auditorium, Alausa, Ikeja.
