Registration open for Troy’s annual Turkey Trot

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Registration is open for one of the Capital Region’s oldest Thanksgiving traditions.

It’s the Troy Turkey Trot.

This year marks the 72nd running of the race in downtown Troy. The race attracts thousands of runners every Thanksgiving morning.

All runners are asked to donate to the race’s tow main sponsors: The Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York and Joseph’s House and Shelter.
