Video – Pochettino’s verdict on yet another Tottenham defeat
Fourteen games in all competitions so far this season and only four wins for this struggling Spurs side after they lost yet again away to Liverpool.
Spurs may have gone 1-0 up inside the first minute, but they failed to hang onto that lead as Jordan Henderson equalised in the second half before Aurier gave the Reds a penalty.
Mo Salah slotted it home and Spurs were unable to find a route back into the game, making for another disappointing evening for the travelling Lilywhite supporters.
Pochettino gave his verdict on the result:
