Man throws coffee on McDonald's drive-thru worker

Surveillance video shows Joseph DeLuca order coffee from the drive-thru at a McDonald's on Clark Avenue in Cleveland, then throw the coffee on the worker and speed off. DeLuca pleaded guilty to felonious assault in connection with the attack. Prosecutors said DeLuca became upset when the worker noticed she handed him two coffees instead of one, then asked to see his receipt.
