The A-10 All-Conference First Team includes Davidsons Sarah Donovan, Daytons Jayla Scaife, Fordhams Bre Cavanaugh, George Masons Nicole Cardaño-Hillary, Saint Louis Ciaja Harbison, and VCUs Tera Reed.
Cardaño-Hillary, reigning A-10 Player of the Year put up 20.4 points per game during the 2018-19 season, leading the league in scoring and steals per game
Harbison, 2019 Rookie of the Year
Scaife was also a 2019 First-Team All-conference and All-Championship Team selection. She was the only All-Championship Team member that did not appear in the championship final, but averaged 18 points per game over 3 championship game appearances.
Tera Reed was an All-Conference First Team selection and led regular season co-champion and championship runner-up VCU in scoring.
The Preseason All-Conference Second Team includes Davidsons Katie Turner, George Masons Jacy Bolton, George Washingtons Neila Luma, Massachusetts Hailey Leidel, and VCUs Taya Robinson and Danielle Hammond.
The Third Team comprises, GWs Sydney Zambrotta, Massachusetts Destiney Philoxy, Rhode Islands Nicole Jorgensen, Richmonds Jaide Hinds-Clarke, St. Bonaventures Deja Francis, and Brooke Flowers from Saint Louis.
